ESSENTIALS

Essentials is a three-month opportunity to come out to Hawaii and experience living and serving in Christian community alongside other passionate young adults. If you want your world rocked and to be equipped to rock the world around you – Essentials is a great place to start. Offered twice a year in September and January.

///ESSENTIALS INCLUDE

  • Daily group Bible study and prayer
  • Weekly classroom teaching, small group discussion and guest speakers
  • Practical and tactical evangelism
  • Servant leadership training
  • Serving and developing relationships with Hawaii’s homeless communities
  • Volunteering at programs for at-risk-youth
  • Engaging in Hawaiian culture

///LET’S GET PHYSICAL
Revolution Hawaii is a holistic ministry focusing on nurturing the mind, body and soul. We know that staying active and keeping physically fit is essential to the physical demands of full-time ministry – We also want you to experience all Hawaii has to offer. We make sure you and your teammates can spend time doing activities such as:

  • Swimming and snorkeling
  • Learning to surf and paddle board
  • Hiking Hawaii’s most breathtaking trails
  • Running a 5k

    • ///ACCOMODATIONS
    Team members live in cabins by the beach with individuals from all over the world – just like a reality TV show – and share meals and community life together.

    ///COST
    Accepted Revolution Hawaii Essentials team members are responsible to fundraise a minimum of $3,000 to help cover their expenses for the year. Upon arriving in Hawaii* all of your NEEDS (Food, Housing, Books, Team Activity Fees) will be covered. Anything else is on your own. We encourage students to come with as little extra as possible. Revolution Hawaii is an opportunity to practice simple living while growing your dependancy on God.
